Trying to figure out why my wipers drag across the windshield at slower than slow speed? Its sorta faster with then really wet. I would hope its not the wiper motor, cause its only got 106k on it and its first 7 years were in nevada. possibly a grease thing?

 

could be your intermittent wiper switch. Just throwing it out there.
