If your fuses are good, then I would say your switch on the steering collumn is bad

Do you have low and hi only? and when you shut them off do they stay in the place they are at?

There's a relay at the bottom of the fuze box, try that. Could also be the motor. Mine were only working on high but just stopped.

If your blinkers and brights work, I'm guessing it's not the switch.

Check this. It's a little silver box. This EXACT thing happened to me! Got off work and wipers did not work so i had to drive home in pouring rain with no wipers. My blinkers still worked though .Got home to find out i kicked the relay and broke it

I'm pretty sure my motor is what died last weekend. Will try to grab both a relay and a motor at Pull A Part this weekend. Hopefully it's just the relay...

If you can hear the motor run, and fuses and relay's good, the wiper arm plastic bushings might be shot. I had to replace mine last summer for my '92. Cheap parts, but tight work to get at them under the cowl. This might only apply to wipers that stop anywhere BUT the bottom of the windshield.....hope this helps...
