Default wiper motor problem

1992 laredo with tilt steering, wipers will not turn off, what to check?

The switch, relays?, also there is a box under the steering column that controls the wipers. No clue how to check though. Sorry

Check the black box with velcrow under the steering column. Check for broken wires. Put a test light to all the connections. Move the wiper switch and see which wires light up the test light. Post your finds.

Default wiper motor problem

Finally made it to jy to get the wiper pulse module(black box w/velcro. I can't believe they want $230.00 bucks for new). Fixed this problem. Thanks from Newbie for your help.
