How are the front wiper arms removed....not the blades but the arms. My front washer motor isn't working and I beleive I need to gain access under the cowl panel.

 

I removed some wiper arms on a ZJ a few months ago and cannot remember how I did it. See the link for info. I see the pictures but they do not ring a bell. Must be an age thing. Hope this helps. Here

remove the cap towards the hood, i think theres a nut, take that off, and theres a clip type thing going out towards the windshield, pry that out (be careful not to slip your tool!) and they should come off
