Wiper ain't ah wipin'
Hi guys been working on getting this Jeep back on the road after two years of sitting. The wipers are the only thing I need to get working for inspection. The four components I've identified are the motor, relay, circuit breaker, and switch on the column. I took the breaker out but I'm not sure if it's working or not since it not "broken" like a fuse. I got a relay but I'm not sure if there's a procedure for installation like unhooking and hooking up the battery to reset the system? I tried it in the slots under the hood but no luck. I read online that the switch generally doesn't go out.
So I haven't checked off any of these components. That's where Y'all come in HELP.

ok. so if you have a relay just pull the old one out and replace with the new one. What do you mean by slots under the hood? Do you mean in the fuse box under the hood?
