ok battery charged up to 11 volts so i thought, hmmmm try it, bam no run. pull a plug and check it, no spark, read 45 threads, remove cps plug check it, 215 ohm's, hmm good. clean it off, check for spark again, holy crap bright spark and starts on 5 cylinders. turn it off, insert plug and starts right up, hmmm even idles decent....wooooo fricken hoooooooo

oh and thanks blue, you write up cps readings great.

I had that problem, but it took me a month to figure it out.
It would be running fine and then as it progressively got worse.
in traffic

 

i swear i read 100 threads on the cps and no spark. so i knew where to start, i just needed the readings and i knew blue wrote them somewhere.
thats why i came on these forums with no jeep, so i could buy one not running and figure out what the issues where and buy her cheap.
