Windshield wiper motor works but not pushing fluid out
I have a 1999 Cherokee and replaced the front wiper motor, checked the circuit breaker, changed wiper switch, but it is not working. Also switched lines onto the rear motor (it runs) but still will not push fluid out. Any ideas as to what to try next?

Could be mud blocking/plugging it up. i have had that issue. does it sound like its trying to push it out or is it completely silent?

I cleaned out the dirt from the reservoir. The new front pump is silent and the rear is trying to work. The front line is not clogged, but the rear is and that is why i tried to switch the lines to temporarily have the front working.

I had the same problem a couple months ago. After replacing the front sprayer motor (tried 3 different ones from the junkyard!) I still could not get it to spray!
Pull apart your cowling and disconnect the sprayer hoses from the sprayer nozzles. Try to spray. If you get liquid moving, you have a blocked nozzle. I ended up having to replace mine because I could not for the life of me get them cleared out. Think I ordered them from RockAuto. They were not exactly cheap, but after this -
without any washer fluid (I ended up using ALL my drinking water trying to see where I was going!) I figured a clean windshield was worth it.
