Will not idle.
The jeep has been sitting in the garage for about a month, and when i went to start it today the battery was dead, so i pushed it out and tried to jump start it. I hooked up the cables and turned the key, the motor turned over but wouldn't start. If i give it gas as I turn the key it will start and run fine, but as soon as i let off the gas it dies out, just like if you turned off the key.
It didnt even try to stay running. By the way its a 2000 with the 4.0.

I've had the same thing happen, twice actually. After giving it gas for a few minutes, mine returned to idling fine, even w/o driving anywhere.
