I have a 1990 4dr jeep cherokee with a 3.5 in the front and a 4 in the rear with 33in by 12.50. I was driving ond day i shifted into second gear, then i heard a boom. Now it wont go ove 1500 rpm without bogging way down. I tryed timing it but that didn't help it.. anyone that knows anything please let me know

If yes, then you blew the clutch

200,000 i bought it used so yeah

 

when it is nuetral it still does it. has a straight 6 with a 5 speed

 

Just age man.

Time to find another clutch thats all

 

the clutch works i can move it but i cant go over 1500 rpm
