4" Backspacing is going to put the outer edge of the tire right under your fenders. You'll need to increase bump stopping to avoid knocking your fender flares off or denting your fenders under articulation.

They will probably rub on the lower control arms and edge of front bumper caps under full turn as well. Maybe even on the plastic splash guard in your wheel well. You'll need to do a little trimming.

Adjust your steering stops... or try different back spacing. You may be alright though.

"If" they do rub the control arms it will probably be only at full turn and will probably be minor, if you feel the side lugs starting to hit just decrease your turning angle a bit. Alternatively you can adjust your steering stop out a bit to decrease the turning of the tires.

An increase in Bump stopping of between 1.5" to 2" should keep the tires off the flares. But you'll need to measure everything under articulation to make sure you have what you need.

For the bumper end caps, it will probably just be minor trimming at the bottom edge. Again, you will need to measure and adjust this under articulation to be sure you got it right.
