Wierd power steering sound

Default Wierd power steering sound
My 98' xj 4.0 makes a strange sound when I turn the wheel quickly. The closest description I can think of the sound, is windshield wipers on a dry windshield. Help woul be greatly appreciated

Have you checked the fluid level? Also make sure the belt isn't slipping a little.
