Default wierd noise question

The past week or so ive noticed a hollowing type vibration coming from what sounds like front axle area maybe drive shaft faster i go fast the sound and slow i go slower the sound, weird thing is when i turn the wheel left even just a little bit the noise stops and when i turn the wheel right it seems to get louder. I was thinkin breaks maybe but pads are 3 months old and no rust on rotors. Maybe power steering pump but its a rotational sound. any help would be great.thanks.

so my opinion would be that your unibearings may be going out put a jack under the xj and see if you can get any movement from the hubs that should not be there
