Default Speed sensor question

Ok so I have a 91 xj. The t-case has been switched out for one out of a 93 grand cherokee. Its a 242 j. So it has an electronic speed sensor and the gears that drive it. The drive gears are missing. Does anybody know where i can get my hands on them. or would just any cherokee gears work.

This is the sensor it runs.
