Default Wierd Misfire?

I noticed this yesterday when I was coming home from work. My jeep is missing a little bit when it's cruising, but if you give it gas, it quits missing. You can feel the miss when it is just idling too. I don't understand why it would only be missing at lower rpm's. Any time I've ever had a miss, it got worse as you gave it gas. I installed a new MSD coil on saturday, could that be the problem? I've checked all my plug wires and injector wires and everything is tight so I'm lost.

When it is idling, start pulling sparkplug wires one by one and see which one makes the least amount of difference.
It could be plugs, plug wires, cap and rotor.
