so my jeep sat for over a week and it was down in the 30's for a few days i even think it hit the 20's , went to start it today and i barely even turned the key and started right up , but after driving it and its nice and warm it cranks quite a few times to start , not that its a real issue but just wondering , im getting ready to replace my fuel pump and new injectors , wich im actually hopeing it fixes the warm restart issue

You might give the ignition coil/module a check. Hard warm starts are a sign that they're beginning to go bad.

Jeep
I live in Colorado, and I all 3 Jeep Cherokee's I've owned ran a lot better in the winter than in the summer. I don't have a fancy answer for you, I guess it's just a Jeep thing.

Does it turn over faster in the cold? and take your coil and check resistance on it warm and cold and see if there is a big difference.
