Whos is this?
Can someone please find out whos cherokee this is for me? I am looking to do the rear of an XJ just like it. Anyone?
I need to get in contact with whoever built it.

I looked at his. I am really interested in talking to whoever done the one above. They used the bottom of hatch which I am guessing still opens. That is badass. Also looks like they might have used the hatch glass also.

I did mine the same way, you just cut the hatch and find a junk cherokee, the rounded piece above the front grill that meets the hood is what you use to give the cut hatch the rounded look on top, than to get it to open like a truck bed find a junk ranger or t100 or something like it and take the components.

i know who did the work on it, he sold it to someone and i haven't seen it since, what you need to know? 98 and newer has a steel hatch so you can weld it however you want, that one does open but as a drop down tail gate where you see the rack it has a trunk lid that does open
FYI it looks great in a pic and from far but its like any other chop and has flaws that are hidden under the rhino lining

looks like he just cut his hatch in half and welded in some filler...
used his stock rails n racks on his trunk lid thing...
looks really good tho.

Well if he knew how to search he'd have found the massive thread that I posted a link to, right?
Thanks for the advise, but what I said was a valid post. Chopping the back of an XJ isn't new, and has been discussed.
He would not have had to create a new thread to get his question answered.
All he had to do was search.
Just curious.
