Keep practicing, it should take way less than 2 years to do an alignment.

It's all I do now when an alignment is needed. With a tape measure, an angle finder, and some practice (and assuming all parts move freely) you can get things straight in no time at all.

I am almost done, just couple more weeks.
There are many alignment guys, who don't know what they are doing, and many, who don't want to do it right.
Good luck changing tires, guys!

95Cherokee, it is probably too complicated for you, it is not your fault, all people are born with different IQ.

Yeah, got a huge kick out of that one too.

When I've done mine on previous Jeeps, both XJs and CJs, I can get it close on the driveway, measuring from a set point on tires but mainly just looking and driving around the block until it feels right. However, I always end up taking it to get aligned and get a print out of how close, or far, off I was. Better safe than sorry, tires and steering parts arn't cheap!

Ooooh...! You butt hurt a little.

You know you could've posted some info on how you've done your alignment instead of "I started two years ago" but no, you woke up this morning and decided to make this thread... lol

In case someone finds this in a search follow this link.

I adjust camber all the time on all cars, even if it is not adjustable.

Why do you have to keep aligning your driveway? Earthquakes?
