Hi 👋 after searching Google, I thought perhaps joining this forum could help me out. Recently I bought a 1998 Jeep 🚙 Cherokee Sport. There is a sport decal on the driver front fender that is blue. I've looked up the paint codes. PW1, QW1 which is the SW1 color stone white. Trim code is M5C3. The page I was at gave where to locate tag, from codes which models came in that color, etc. I also found that I have a moulding code of DX9, and stripe code of HA8, both from that web page. DX9 is black, seems correct, both my bumpers are black. The HA8 stripe code decodes to dark quartz. Looking at tough up kits on E-bay, seems this dark quartz is a shade of blue. I want to know what color door mouldings, front fender mouldings, and wheel flare pieces I have. All 10 of these pieces have faded a good deal, yet they still seem to appear as though they were blue in color. I wish to keep my Cherokee bone stock if I can. Does anyone know a good match of paint I could use ? I'm thinking the mouldings in question were molded in their color. Thanks 😊
