I'd say replace the chain while you have it out and all apart....

^ yup.

Do what I usually do...
Since you have it out, as yourself "What else can I replace on here that would be easier to replace now or that might break...?"
Then replace everything that definately needs it as well as everything you said "Nah, that will be ok for a little while." too....

IMO the 2 low kit is not worth the time or money to put one in. You loose having a true neuatral in the t-case by installing it. And if you ever have to flat tow the Jeep you'll have to pull both driveshafts.

Plus, why would you ever need low in 2wd?

Throw some new shift fork pads in it. Quadratec sells them for about $8.

Put the TeraLow 4:1 crawl kit in it. It's about a grand and you will love every bit of it. I agree with the 2Lo kit... it's really useless unless you're doing some competition crawling.

2 low is good for burnouts, and accelerating to 30 mph in about 1 second lol.

call around for the teralow 4:1 i priced it out about a year ago and was quoted right around $750.

i also wouldnt bother replacing the chain and shift fork bushings. sure its nice to do it all at once, but if it aint broke don't fix it. in 2 years of hard wheeling on 37's my chain stretched about 1/4" and caused no issues anyway.
