it is seized in the weldnut inside the rail, you need to cut an access hole in the rail to put a new nut on after you drill it out or air chisel it off

the sheetmetal from the top inside the is the thinnest/easiest

Not sure it'll help but spray it with a lube let it set. Spray again and try a tap to ease it out. If your good you can drill it out without effecting the threads. Its worth a shot before cutting holes in the frame.

i had the same problem mine was sticking out another 1/2" or so but is there anyway you can grab it with vice grips. i used vice grips then adjustable pipe wrench. I heated to red hot and waxed it(sucks the wax into the threads) and got a 1/2 a turn at a time took me a while but better than cutting into unibody

damn man i am going thru the leafs now. luckily i did not break anything. i soaked the frame nut with liquid wrench pen oil for 2 days and they are still a real bear to get out. i have broken 4 ratchets on the front of the leafs so i went to a 13/16 sparkplugh socket and a tire iron. took a while to break them free but i fear without the pre soak i would have broken them.

If you or a friend has a welder you can tack a nut to whats left of the bolt to wrench it out. Definitely would pb blast and heat the bolt up when you do, considering it broke the first time.

I just did my lift. 3days before turning the first bolt i hit it with wd40 twice a day everyday. They came out with no problems. Hope you get it out without having to cut a hole. Heat and lube im sure it'll come out. Just take your time with it.

Yeah... I'm defiantly going to PB mine for a few days before touching them. Exhaust manifold too. Those look nasty.
