Looks like it could be. It's time for new hoses too judging by the fact the origninal hose clamp is still on the hose. Who did the half a$$ed repair and left the hose clamp stuck on the middle of the hose? Check the oil level, it should not be up by the pan mating surface if the engine is not running. If you're "making" oil, you have other problems.

I guess the "half a$$ed" repair was me. I didn't even notice there was a clamp there. I flushed the system out over the summer, but there is another clamp up there clamping the hose. I don't even know why that's there. Must be from the previous owner.
