The OBD1 has a different connector than the OBD2, and lacks the inside connector near your left knee
If yours is a '95 it will be OBD1
Check on Google to ID
free Download the Service Manual
If yours proves to be an OBD1, all you need is another OBD1 PCM, it should plug in and work without security etc etc
Phone up independant wreckers or take my advice place an ad on Jeep Parts FB Oz
