If u are feeling electrically inclined, u can get one from a newer Cherokees. They also got relays in it that u can use to run aftermarket stuff

I've never seen one of those interior panels with a relay?
I lived with multiple brake fluid soakings for 20+ years with my '85 but got by with just replacing the fuses and not removing or replacing the panel.
A search might turn up old threads on how to remove the panel which you can then flush to remove any remaining fluid.

Most of the fuse box is hard wired into the harness. Instead of splicing in a used one that may not be much better, I'd suggest rebuilding yours with new terminals. Mine was in bad shape, corroded and broken terminals, and melting fuses. You'll need a soldering iron and some contortionist skills. I had a few that were corroded a few inches up into the wire and had to splice in fresh wire in a few places. Take some pictures as you go.

Fuse panels for that year have not been produced for a very long time.
I replaced mine a couple years ago with a used block from a similar year in excellent shape. Mine had deteriorated as a result of the clutch master cylinder leaking over the years. They were GM panels AMC used and carried over into Chrysler until they redesigned the electrical distribution the Chrysler way.
It is time consuming, and frustrating, but it can be done. I did it while the entire interior was out. Somewhere, I have a build on this forum. In it, I included a front and rear illustration I made depicting color codes and pin out for assistance- the illustration is based on a 1987 model year. You can also still buy the brass terminals to replace the original ones inside the block, but you will have to find them. I no longer have info on the supplier I used. For me, it took weeks to source them.

I don't see the point of cutting out the old fusebox and trying to splice in a used fuse box since it's hardwired into the harness. It's more work than buying new terminals and refurbishing the one you have.
