Where to begin?
I'm thinking about using Sea Foam and see if it makes a difference. I also have a cold air intake. An air raid. My stepfather put it on before I came back from deployment think that could have anything to do with it?

as far as your low/rough idle and rich condition, you either have a big leak in the exhaust manifold (check for cracks and check the gasket/connection at the head), or you have a faulty pre-cat o2 sensor. O2 sensors rarely throw a code when they go bad, so i would start there if you don't find any cracks.
Sorry to make this thread any longer but a friend of mine who is a mechanic brought up a good point. I have an aftermarket cold air intake air raid and it might not been installed correctly. This evap vacum line in the picture with the gray top. Is that supposed to be connected to the air intake?

yes, it is supposed to recirculate fuel vapors back into the intake air (so it needs to connect behind the air filter)

two hoses need to connect. One from the crankcase valve cover, one from the evap charcoal canister
Alright took it to the mechanic and had them inspect and fix the evap leak and diagnose it. Turns out it was a bank 1 oxygen sensor. It was shorted out. I was like great ill do that myself. Went to autozone got the part and replaced it. Bit of a pain but once I used a wrench instead of a socket things went smoothly. Now it runs worse and the only code that shows up is a lean fuel mix bank 1 oxygen sensor.
