yep, 2 harnesses unplug along the firewall behind the tranny oil dipstick, one connector is black, the other is gray, both are simialar in shape (rectangles), I wanna say 2x4 pins. One is for the Neutral saftey switch, the other is the Tranny Control Unit.
The tranny kickdown cable slides off whatever it connects to, it does not pop off like the throttle cable, don't make that mistake.
Also the bottom quarter or so of the dipstick tube is integral with the tranny oil pan, that will go with the tranny.

And loosen the top bell housing bolts before any others.
