when I hit a bump, the front end wants to fall off(shakes)

I did not hit any pot holes, but thats not to say the the previous owner did not. I just replaced the shocks and struts. As well as the ujoints.

i also just replaced the sway bar, which does leave the steering stabilizer, u joints, and steering linkage. I think ill bring it over for an alignment and "free" inspection.

When it happed to my stock 88 it ended up being my lower control arm bushings. It was the last thing to do after replace hubs, tie rod ends and shocks.

No, that didn't fix anything.
All you did was apply a band-aide that covered up the real problem.

I had same problem replaced shocks , swaybar links , tires rotated and balanced .
still had wobble . thin I replaced the steering stabilizer .
that fixed my wobble . 1998 grand cherokee laredo .

x2. It did not fix it. Take off the stabilizer and boom, there it is. It's like taking nyquil for the flu. It does nothing but cover up the issue for a while until it wears off or fails.
