Hi, I am new to the forum and jeeps in general. I have the opportunity to pick up a nice 92 cherokee for a decent price, the only problem is the 31" tires are nearly bald. I have a brand new set of 4 snow tires on 5-lug, 15" wheels from my old 87' f-150 and was wondering if they will fit the cherokee's 5-lug pattern? Any info you guys can provide will be greatly appreciated.

your 92 should be a 4.5x5" bolt pattern. good 31's aint cheap.

 

The ford wheels are probably 5x5.5 so they wont work. Just have the tires switched over to your cherokee wheels.

 

'87 F150's have a 5 on 5.5" bolt pattern (the same as jeep CJ's). The wheels won't fit on a cherokee. You could always take the tires off the ford wheels and mount them on the jeep wheels.
