my 89 xj is all stock i put 235/75/15 tires on it and now when u turn all the way the back of the tire rubs the lower control arm but i see guys on here runnin 30 or 31s all stock but with fender triming which has nothing to do with were im rubbing with a smaller tire it happens when u turn both ways is there anyway to fix this without new rims/tires/lift i dont wanna spend alot of money

Fastest, cheapest, easiest would be to put washers on your steering stops on the knuckles. You will lose some turning radius but you shouldn't rub.

x2 on adding washers to the steering stops. Next step up moneywise would be running a spacer of some kind up front, but compared to the price of a couple washers... I'd go with option 1...
