Default Wheel not sitting correctly

So I changed a bad u joint a few days ago and noticed once I put everything back together that the wheel was not sitting flat and flush against the lip of of the hub. I took everything apart and reinstalled it and had the same results. The driver side rim sits nice and flush but the passenger side does not.
I am not sure if it was like that before but I never noticed it.

Any ideas? I'm puzzled....
