Default Wheel Joint Issue!

Ok so after offroading the other day i noticed a slight clicking/grinding noise coming from my front passenger side wheel. my friend checked it out a bit today and believes its the wheel joints. i know they are a cheap part, and i plan on replacing both of them, but my questions are; 1: im getting the clicking/grinding when i turn both left and right, but never when im going straight, is this most likely the joints then? and, 2: how difficult would it be for me to replace these myself? if someone could point me to a walkthrough or write-up on the process thatd be sweet. id like to get this fixed asap so the sooner i get some help the better! thanks!

Many times when U-joints first start going bad they will not make any noise when going straight. That is due to the angles on them when turning.

Even though that is for a slightly older Jeep, the process is the same.
