Default wheel bearing came apart.

I've replaced the wheel bearings in three of my cherokees. Never had this happen trying to remove wheel bearing to replace the axle shaft. Looks like I need new ones or has this happened to someone before and just put it back together?

I just did mine today, they had an etching on them saying "do not disassemble" – so my guess would be new ones.

Sure can,
I got mine from Rockauto, Timken @ 79.99/piece + 7.65 in shipping and - 8.00 for a coupon I found online. Total was 160 bucks give or take a cent or two.
