Default What's The Story With TEAM CHEROKEE Parts???

I couldn't find the correct replacement radiator overflow bottle for my XJ on their site so I sent them an email via their "Contact Us" link. Never heard back. So I wrote again. Still didn't hear back.

Then I called. Only got their voicemail so I left a message. Didn't hear back off that, either.

So I wrote one more email asking what was going on. And I'm still waiting to hear.

Is this SOP with these folks or are they, perhaps, on vacation? Illness in the family?

I'd hate to write them off but I'm not keen on being ignored. Especially when I'm trying to spend money.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts or experiences...

just grab one from rockauto.com, probly much cheaper anyway. And rockauto's customer service is spot on

FWIW, I've never had a problem with them. Picked up every time (I've never emailed them, though) and were helpful.

What's odd is that the last time I emailed them, about a radiator, I heard right back. I have a list an arm long of stuff I need to buy and want to get it done next week but if they're not around (or inattentive) I don't want to find out in a week that my order hasn't even been processed.

I'll check the prices on RockAuto, Renix. Thanks.

They're in Wisconsin. I don't know if they're affected by power blackouts or fires. They usually get back to me right away, so this is unusual.
