Hey guys,
I have not owned a jeep in 19 years and I am getting the itch.
A local xj is listed....1993 Jeep Cherokee two door 4x4 straight six 5 speed factory AM/FM cassette radio miles 109k $2,000.00...What do you think.
This would not be a daily driver just a backup vehicle and for fun. The body looks straight and not eaten up. Should I shy away from the 5 speed? Did all the two doors come with a back seat? If not is it just a matter of finding one and bolting it in or more work. Sorry for so many questions. Any response would be appreciated.

Check it out. With only 109k it could be a good find. Check for rust in all the normal places, if you aren't totally comfortable with checking out the mechanical side, invest in an hour of a good mechanic's time. All two door cherokees had a back seat. If it is missing they just took it out. Good luck with your search and let us know if it works out.

It looks good enough, but like EvilBlack stated if you're not into automotive repair and don't have the knowledge, have a mechanic check it out for you. Could save you a headache and possibly bring the price down by finding some minor, easily fixed problem. JMO
