Located on the passengers side of the engine, attached to the transmission there.

Ok, any idea where it is supposed to go? Is it supposed to be connected to something on the engine?

Yea, just went and looked at mine. Where it goes? Above water! Just stops there. Mine seems to have some filter like foam in the tube end and is Zip tied to something there, the dipstick or the kick-down cable.

Ok, just wanted to make sure the PO didn't cut off something else I might find myself needing someday.
