The time is coming for me to have to replace my upper control arm bushings. My Jeep is a '94 Xj Sport with a stock D30 up front and a Rough Country 4.5" Lift with stock upper control arms. The bushings in the upper control arms are completely shot, causing the front end to vibrate a lot at speeds over 45. I want to go with rubber bushings because they ride a lot nicer, and my Jeep already has a very rough ride from the stiff springs. (I actually like the stiff ride it offers... feels more like a truck and less like a luxery vehicle.) I don't want to spend a bunch of money on bushings for my stock control arms either, being that I plan to replace them within the next year.
What bushings would you recommend I use?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
