What are swivel joints?

hi everyone,

my jeep 1995 cherokee 4.0 petrol just had a health check at a jeep dealer and they said there is slight play in the front swivel joints.
can you tell me what this means please?

I assume they're referring to the u-joints either in the axle at the hub or in the front driveshaft between the t-case and the front axle.
Could also be the ball joints.
