your axle is shifted to the side.

get an adjustable trackbar. rough country and iron rock offroad make good cheap ones. or redrill a new hole in the axle side mount if youre broke.

the tires stick out the same on both sides. axle doesnt hang one way or the other.

if youre lifted 3" on a stock trackbar thats impossible w/o some sort of drop bracket for the trackbar.

3.75" BS is more than enough to not rub.

I have 10.5 wide tire that rubs just a little with 4.5 bs when the tires are aired down. more back spacing could help see if your tire rubs more on one side than the other, is so than a track bar will help too. wheel spacers are a cheap way to get a little more room.

yes, but that seems like a wide wheel. most tire web sites will have charts for matching tires to wheels.

^how will those help?
if he's already rubbing with 8 inch wide rim and 3.75bs, a wider rim with less backspacing will rub more.

but i agree, with 8 inch rim and only 10.5 wide tire, you shouldn't be rubbing.
i rub a bit on the stock lowers with 8 inch rim and 12.5 wide tire on the same 3.75 backspacing.

check your trackbar, but try not to redrill the trackbar hole. it's not the best way to correct your issue. just get a cheap or used adjustable trackbar if you don't want to spend the money for a good one.

ahhh, i misread your first post.

are you sure you have 3.75 on a 7 inch rim? you should have 5.25.
that's probably why you're rubbing. besides 7 inch is too narrow for a 12.5.
you want an 8 inch rim with 3.75 or even lower if you could.
you might rub a bit on stock lowers, but if/when you go with aftermarket tubular lowers, you won't rub anymore.
