What are the screws holding the steering column on?

Default What are the screws holding the steering column on?

It's impossible to see up those two deep holes in the bottom of the cover, I've stuck a Phillips up in there but it doesn't seem to grab.

I'm talking about the plastic cover on a 95 with an airbag, it covers the steering column and includes the ignition switch.

When I took mine out, it was either an allen key or torx key I used. I'm almost positive it was an allen key, but could be wrong.
