Bleeder valve. If it's stripped, good luck replacing it, haha.

Probably gonna need the whole slave cylinder. That's gonna suck.

Just soak it in PB blaster for a couple days/week. Then use some GOOD vice grips, and it will either break or break loose, haha. They are a PITA that's why I havn't bled my brakes yet.

You can buy those at any local auto parts store. Just tell them you need a brake bleeder screw for your application.

But if he can't even get it out, it's gonna be awfully hard to replace it.

True, but he's shopping around for a new one and it looked like he was having problems locating it

I'd try soaking it with PB blaster for a day or two and vice grips as others said. If that didn't work, i'd probably try heating it up with a MAP Gas torch and use the vice grips again.

Just replace the the entire wheel cylinder. The two (2) bolts on either side are the fasteners for it. If the bleeder screw is seized chances are there is rust inside inhibiting proper function of the brake assembly. It's a 20 minute job...if things go well. If not, maybe an hour.

That (circled) is a drum brake bleeder valve that screws into the wheel cylinder. You should be able to get it out with pb blaster and vice grips as previously suggested. But if you can't get it out then you need to replace the wheel cylinders. To do this remove the drums, shoes, brake lines, and then wheel cylinders. Install everything adjust them then bleed brakes. Always replace both wheel cylinders at the same time. Do one side at a time to use the other as a reference.
