Looks like a rear sway bushing and whats left of the bracket.

Damn. You guys are too sharp.

I thought everybody would guess "rear sway bar bracket", which would be wrong as you don't get a bushing when you order a sway bar bracket.

Anyway, kinda goes back to the point about car maintenance. Not only did the bracket have to rust completely through, but then work its way off the sway bar. This was bad for a LONG time.

That strap part of the link gets bent if you replace the bushing and it's not exactly the thickest metal anyway, so it's not surprising that it would fail at that point.

Lots of folks just eliminate the rear sway bar anyway, so that's certainly an easy option.

Yeah definitely gonna salvage the bushing. Seems to be in too good of a condition to have been original. Mopar part too, not knockoff. I be like "frugal" (that means "cheap").
