What oil do you put in your AX-15?

What oil do you put in your AX-15?
Okay so before you haters tell me to use the search tool, i all ready did... just gonna throw that out there. 
But i am currently doing the AX-15 swap in my 89 and i have come across a slight issue. I was reading that the AX-15 called for 75W-90. In the service manual it says to use GL-5... but i came across a few posts saying to not use GL-5. Why? All i can find in the auto stores is the GL-5 Oil. What do you guys use?
