Hey guys, '99 XJ Sport.

Check out this video -

I was thinking exhaust leak, but not so sure. Worse at startup when cold. Better under RPM/Load.

Hoping this isnt something major obviously... Jeep is otherwise running fine, starts nicely, idles well, no heating issues etc.

Thanks,

Is that your video? I watch this guy and that turned out to be piston slap. Is yours making a similar noise?

Yes, Thats my jeep from about 10 minutes ago. This is after full operating temperature, and about an hour of city driving.

I would try tightening the Torque converter to flywheel bolts, they could be loose and vibrating.

You're amazing!

That was the problem. 3 out of the 4 were backed out a couple of turns.

So happy. Thank you!
