Default What is this noise?!
So this noise has been random and short but this time it did it for a while and then eventually stopped. I feel it vibrating in the dash a little and is by the driver vent. What can this be!?!?

and everything works good nothing acting up ? i wanna say a relay that cant make up its mind

That's your flasher relay. The turn signal stalk didn't return fully to center. The problem will get more frequent until you replace the multifunction switch.

figures mine is sorta crusty on humid days i was thinking about spraying some lubricant in the switch part so itll operate easier.

Fortunately the multi-switch is inexpensive and easy to replace.
