Default what kind of track bar setup is this

I just bought this Cherokee it has bumpsteer issues I'm guessing this is the reason I've never seen a drop bracket used on the front track bar

So I'm guessing the fix is an adjustable track bar and get rid of that bracket am I alright getting a jks one or would a double shear setup be recommended? I'm not really sure how much lift this thing has?

Stock height is 17.5" front measured from center of wheel to bottom of stock fender flare. Rear is 17". Not sure what it is ground to bottom of frame.
