I have the mount already and I have the two square holes in the bottom of my bumper. How do I attach the mount to the bumper? I was thinking just bolts and nuts but I don't know if my hand could even fit inside of the bumper to hold it.

Any ideas? Or how have you done it?

The square holes are meant to have a plastic insert in them that screws thread into....sort of like screw anchors. They should be available at any part store, usually under the HELP parts section. If not, try a junkyard the next time you're there.
Before I got the license plate mounting bracket that came with my new (J/Y) bumper, I just used some self-drilling/self-tapping screw and zipped them into the bumper, (being careful to avoid the vacuum canister). The stock bumper is just sheet metal. Cheap fix.
BTW, it is possible to fit your hand up, in, around & behind the bumper if necessary to hold a nut, if you go that way.
Hope this helps,
Good luck!

By parts store do you mean auto parts or a hardware store? And do you think I could get something that will suffice an ACE. I don't feel like going to the auto parts store.

And it's a stock bumper btw.

Auto parts store, like AutoZone, Advance, Kragen, NAPA, etc.

If you don't want to go to an auto parts store, the self-drilling/self-tapping screws should be readily available at Ace.

Stainless self tapping screws would work good. You can get them in almost any size to fit the hole you need.

A buddy of mine backed into my friend's with his hitch, and we used Velcro to put it back on. LOL.

My dad has the same setup that I want to do with mine. He has a receiver hitch mounted up front. when not being used for a recovery point, the license plate is mounted to a deal that slides into the receiver. Wish I had a pic but its at his house.
