What is this hose? Sorry for being a bit ignorant.

Im just trying to fugure out where does this hose go to and the purpose if it.

I think the hose he's talking about is the one that comes out of the wrapped wire bundle and I think that's from the fuel tank and is a vent line going to the carbon canister.
