What happens when you overfill things that say "Do Not Overfill"? For example, power steering fluid.

In some cases it will cause leaks, esp. with the power steering system. If you overfill your antifreeze/coolant bottle, it'll pour off the excess when you get it warm. If you overfill your oil pan, your lifters will generate foam and higher pressures in your valve cover. But if you overfill your windshield fluid everything will explode.
