Default What to do with a vacuum cannister

This vac cannister is located behind the stock front passenger side bumper and I am upgrading the bumper to a JCR. I have heard everything from zip tie it up to eliminate it. How about it do I tie it up or trash it.
Thanks

I moved mine when i put my JCR bumper on. I had the battery out for something else, so it literally took me 3 minutes.

Its so easy to move, why would you eliminate it?

It's easy to relocate. I relocated mine on the upper left hand side of the engine compartment. Took only 5 minutes.
