How were you trying to do it? With a hand drill?

From what I have seen the msutang unit is not a direct swap and requires mods to the IAC to make it work. A stocker may be easier to deal with. Can you get either close to you?

I just ordered mine. It was from strokedjeep.com. I ordered a 63mm for $90 and $11 shipping. The refundable core $70 and I should have it next week.

new '94 throttle body bored to 62 mm and modified to accept the MAP sensor as he 94 had an external map sensor not one mounted on the throttle body.

I drilled out a Zerk fitting to where it was hollow, but since it had the little budge on the end it was perfect to mount onto the side of the throttle body to mount the MAP. everything else bolted right up.
