Well took a little longer than I expected, It didnt come out as a show paint job but for a backyard job outside it wasn't half bad. It was sapposed to be a gloss black but ended up being more of a satin, but I kinda like it this way. So I went from

TO

Now I just need my wheels tires and lift ...

My .02 cents worth. Don't rattle can it. It never comes out even. It is no trouble to find a compressor and spray gun. If you work out the math, it costs less to do it that way anyway.

Think retro. Most of the cars of the late 60's and 70's were all trimmed out with chrome. There are a lot of colors that go with the chrome trim. Some colors hide scratches better which is something to considder.

I'd definately think about going for a color that you have never seen a jeep before. Cudda green, camaro blue, mopar orange, or even a funky mint. I like the idea of viking purple.

Black and any variation there of shows all blems and scratches more than most colors.

So, If it were me. There are a lot of different colored jeeps out there, but not many 2 tone. Some of the two tone combinations that ford uses on the 250-350 line are sweet. Check em out.

Yea I cleared it... I actually had heard the dupli color had some issues with gettting a real gloss but I didnt really mind it.
